The goals are a Dream , Attainable , Measurable , has a Time Limit , wwithin our control and in witing.

 

Definition of a goal

1. goals should be self-chosen

2. goals should be moderately challenging

3. goals should be realistic

4. goals should be measurable

5. goals should be specific

6. goals should be finite

7. goals should be positive





 

Setting goals for new semester

Goal statement

o   I want to get deans in my first semester.

o   I want to have balanced study time and relax time.

o   I want a healthier body.

My obstacles

o   I have trouble to makes a notes to complete my work that I don’t like and make me lazy to study.

o   I have bad habbit , that is like to procrastinate work and do it last minute.

o   Lately , I often go to bed late to complete my assignment and also my meal times are irregular.

List of resources

o   I’ll learn how to make an easy notes , and make my friends  as competitors , so that I ‘ll study harder to success.

o   I’ll make a schedule to balanced my time.

o    I’ll not procrastinate my work , so that I don’t need to stay up to complete my assignment.

Revised Goal Statement

o   I’ll try to get deans in my first semester and also for the next semester.

o   I’ll try to have balanced study time and relax time.

o   I’ll try to take care more of my health.

Polished goal statement

o   I will get deans in my first semester and every semester.

o   I will have ab blances study time and relax time.

o   I will have a healthier body.
